Nominations

The form for nominations will be published here on 10 April 2011.

Each nomination shall be accompanied by a recommendation of not more than five standard pages in length, comprising in particular:
(a) a description of the activity carried out;
(b) an account of the results obtained;
(c) evidence and/or references regarding point (b) above;
(d) an evaluation in accordance with the criteria set out in the Rules for the Award.

The deadline for submission of nominations is 30 June 2011.
